Hi Guys,
I got an update from Jess Bautista regarding Lola’s condition. Lola apparently refused to go under the knife nor be put in a home for the aged facility and instead wishes to live on the street to beg. The Rescue Action Center Manila returned her to some relatives that were traced by the DSWD-RAC. Despite Lola’s refusal for operation, Jess said DSWD District 3 continues to monitor her though. Jess suggested that if you see Lola in Binondo, you may offer her food instead of money.
Last Monday, I tried to see her again but did not find her at the church. I will try see her personally again as soon as I could and wish I can convince her to avail of the medical assistance people are offering her.”

She’s now back on the streets begging after refusing government help…
